Sales Specialist

Job Description

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate, and developing an active, repeat customer base
  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the client
  • Meet  monthly, quarterly and annual sales and activity target
  • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research
  • Daily and weekly reporting to the line manager.


  • 3-5 years in sales within tyre industry in supervisor level or higher
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
  • Experience closing different level deals
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well


  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Strong organizational skills
