Progress escalations with Contractors to resolution or escalate as required to the Management Team
Provide reports following projects progress and commercial position, for inclusion in monthly reporting
Review and report on-going performance of projects
Identification of works which require an on-sight audit
Facilitate supplier payments
Build and maintain effective relationships with client, suppliers, and internal teams.
Drafting and reviewing change requests and change notes
Assisting the Commercial and contract departments with forecasting and reporting actuals
Reviewing and negotiating client and supplier contracts through to closure
Reviewing, interpreting, and advising on existing contracts
Covering the contracts team when on holiday or absence with validating and processing permanent and contract placements
Assisting the Contracts team with production, drafting and issuing of contract/letter related documentation for new contracts, extension, or other communications
Experience
4 to 5 years of experience in similar role
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across the business at all levels
Able to operate with integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Qualifications
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Business Administration//Engineering/Finance
