SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Description

Acts as dealer’s service representative to the customer and customer’s representative to the service shop

  • Vehicle/service customer reception

  • Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance

  • Prepare work order (job card) for needed repair, showing parts, time, cost and labor estimate

  • Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order

  • Analyze customer’s demands, according to the workshop loading

  • Responsible for quality of the deadline commitment agreed with the customer

  • Explain the work performed and charges to the customer

  • Monitor the quality of services (normal / rendered); deliver the vehicle to the customer after testing

  • Prepare & submit required reports by the management and customer

Experience

2-3 years experience 

Qualifications

Communication, linguistic skills

Computer knowledge
