Clearing And Forwarding Manager

Lead the function to support multiple Al Masaood Business Units (BU’s) effectively and strategically in clearing and forwarding service.

Effectively manage C&F team to provide timely and easy customs clearance procedures, reduce delays, and guarantee adherence to customs laws and regulations. 

Create a reliable forwarding and clearing procedure for Al Masaood Group and enroll it across its BU’s.

Represent Al Masaood and act on behalf of Al Masaood with various government agencies and customs authorities.

Manage internal and external stakeholders to attain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Strong knowledge of customs laws and regulations
• Proficiency in customs software and systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in customs brokerage preferably in automotive, industrial or freight forwarding company.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, logistics, and supply chain management is beneficial.
• Possession of a valid customs broker license is mandatory.
• Experience in managing team effectively.
• Experience in setting process and policies for the related field

• Proficiency in computer applications, including customs software and systems, is preferred
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent command of the English and Arabic language, both written and verbal
