Logistics Co- Ordinator

Job Purpose:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient handling, dispatch, and transportation of materials and equipment across company operations. The role involves maintaining logistics records, supervising workshop activities, coordinating transportation requirements, managing vendor and equipment arrangements, and ensuring all logistics activities are aligned with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Arrange collection and dispatch of materials to project sites
Maintain logistics records and supervise workshop activities
Manage drivers' monthly overtime submissions
Coordinate manpower transportation for sites and yard operations
Process invoice postings for UAE-related jobs
Arrange equipment rentals for yard and site requirements based on operational needs
Raise requests for spare parts purchases
Ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations while supporting project and production teams

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in logistics or a similar role
Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation related to exports and imports
Knowledge of safety and procedural standards in logistics
Proficiency in logistics software or transport management systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
