Al Masaood Automobiles is looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to drive the next phase of performance-led growth across our multi brand portfolio — Nissan, INFINITI, Renault, Auto Central, and Auto Leasing.


This is a commercially critical role focused on turning social and performance channels into high quality lead generation engines that directly support monthly retail targets and showroom performance.


The position reports to the Head of Marketing and owns social performance end to end: paid social, content performance, SEM, SEO alignment, asset strategy, and lead quality optimization.

 

Role Purpose
To lead the development and optimization of social and digital performance channels, transforming them into predictable and scalable revenue drivers. The role manages paid social campaigns, SEM, creative performance, content asset strategy, influencer integration, and attribution — all with a laser focus on qualified lead generation and retail conversion.

 

Core Responsibilities

Social Media Performance & Growth

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Build full funnel, performance driven social ecosystems aligned with retail and sales objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns across CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and lead quality metrics.
  • Build segmentation strategies: retargeting, lookalike scaling, and behavioral audiences.
  • Continuously A/B test targeting, placements, messaging, and campaign structures.

 

Social Media Asset Strategy & Development

  • Lead the creation of high performing social assets aligned to retail outcomes, not just engagement.
  • Guide creative and media agencies based on performance insights and platform behavior.
  • Differentiate asset use: static vs. video, short form vs. long form, platform specific formats.
  • Monitor and refine asset performance to increase engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Ensure every creative output supports lead generation and conversion goals.

 

Retail Campaign Activation

  • Convert monthly automotive offers into high performing social and digital campaigns.
  • Align performance efforts with inventory priorities, tactical promotions, and time-sensitive retail pushes.
  • Activate seasonal, topical, and trend-based campaigns to boost relevance and results.
  • Leverage UGC and influencers to enhance credibility and performance.

 

Search & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize SEM across Google Search and Display.
  • Oversee SEO execution with agency partners to improve rankings, traffic, and lead capture.
  • Ensure search and social strategies work together across the full funnel.
  • Manage keyword performance, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.

 

Agency & Content Oversight

  • Brief and manage social and performance agencies across calendars, assets, and optimization cycles.
  • Ensure creative output meets lead-generation KPIs and retail expectations.
  • Monitor agency performance and enforce delivery, reporting, and optimization benchmarks.

 

Lead Quality & CRM Integration

  • Partner with sales teams to validate lead quality and improve lead to sale conversion.
  • Strengthen attribution visibility and measure social/digital revenue contribution.
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and implement corrective actions.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–7 years in paid social or digital performance marketing.
  • Hands on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Instagram structures, and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience driving qualified lead generation in retail driven environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM execution and CRM/lead validation processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
  • Experience managing agencies and budgets.
  • Automotive or multi-brand portfolio experience is a strong advantage.
