About the Role

As a Sales Executive – Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles (CPOV), you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional vehicle-buying experience. You will guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle, including:

Prospecting
Customer consultation
Vehicle presentation and demonstration
Negotiation
Closing sales
Vehicle delivery
Post-sales follow-up

Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their needs and preferences

✅ Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information and documentation

✅ Deliver a personalized and customer-focused sales experience

✅ Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth, defect-free handover process

✅ Monitor customer satisfaction and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets

✅ Report daily sales activities, market trends, and competitor information to management

✅ Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and maximize profitability

What We're Looking For

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

✔ 2-5 years of experience in Automotive Sales, Used Cars, Pre-Owned Vehicles, or related sales roles

✔ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Strong time management and organizational abilities

✔ Financial awareness and commercial acumen

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

✔ Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment

✔ Client-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated
