Sales Executive

The role holder is responsible for achieving sales objectives, develop sales strategies and attract new clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Core Responsibilities:

Achieves assigned sales target and KPIs as per set objective by ensuring an agreed mix of models and types.

Ensures efficient sales forecast and reservation management.

Retains existing customers by follow-up on a regular basis and acquires new prospects with a high index of conversion to buyers.

Delivers consistent high customer service to all the customers.

Maintains up to date and accurate customer database.

Plans in advance the day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc).

Maintains and submits daily activity reports to the sales manager on a daily basis.

Seeks and reports important market intelligence relating to competitors/clients that will benefit the company.

Keeps all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by the dealership's range of cars and commercial vehicles.

Continuously seeks new prospects.

Maintains regular contacts with existing customers for additional business.

Keeps the sales manager in the loop in case of bulk deals to offer additional support to customers.

Adds value to every sale by promoting extended warranty, insurance, rust proofing, service contract, accessories sales, etc

Designs and presents solutions to moderately complex up to complex negotiations, with the approval of the sales manager.
Background & Experience (years):

2 to 5 years in sales roles with recent experience in B2B sales.

Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets
-
Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.

MS Office skills.
