About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer‑focused Parts Consultant – Battery Sales to support our growing B2B business. The role is responsible for achieving sales objectives through the acquisition of new clients while maintaining and developing existing customer accounts. You will play a critical role in delivering high customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long‑term partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Performance

  • Proactively acquire new B2B clients while achieving assigned sales revenue and Gross Profit (GP) targets.
  • Actively sell automotive parts, with a strong focus on battery sales, and promote accessory upselling opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers to achieve mutually beneficial commercial agreements when required.
  • Track lost sales and follow up on incomplete transactions to improve KPI conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

 

Account Management & Customer Experience

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Build strong rapport with customers by delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Conduct regular follow‑up calls to ensure repeat business and long‑term relationship building.
  • Lead parts awareness campaigns, promote monthly offers, and ensure product information is clearly communicated to customers.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, battery specifications, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer needs.

 

Operations, Systems & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records, sales activities, and transactions in Autoline.
  • Execute parts sales processes in line with SOPs, including order processing, inventory management, and documentation.
  • Escalate any incidents or issues requiring management attention to the immediate supervisor or Parts Manager.

 

What We’re Looking For (Must‑Have Skills & Experience)

  • 4–6 years of experience in a similar automotive parts sales role.
  • Proven experience in new client acquisition and account management within a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts; experience with batteries is a significant advantage.
  • In‑depth understanding of the local and regional market with the ability to drive sales strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Results‑oriented, with strong ownership, accountability, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Autoline or a similar DMS is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is essential.
