Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role is to develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions that support executive and operational decision‑making across Al Masaood Automobiles. The role translates business requirements into clear, reliable dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholders have timely and accurate insights across sales, financial, and operational performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance Sales GP, stock ageing, P&L‑related, and other core business dashboards in Power BI, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with CEO and departmental requirements.
- Prepare and deliver monthly Sales GP, stock ageing, and performance reports in CEO‑defined formats within agreed timelines.
- Monitor the accuracy and performance of all CEO‑linked dashboards on a daily basis, conducting data validation checks and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Provide data‑driven insights, analysis, and executive‑level presentations to the CEO Office and senior leadership, supporting informed decision‑making and strategic reviews.
- Update and maintain the Sales & Marketing Director’s Balanced Scorecard within SPIDER, ensuring timely reflection of financial, CSI, SSI, and operational KPIs, in coordination with Product, Inventory, and General Managers.
- Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, and General Managers to collect, validate, and align data inputs for dashboards, reports, and scorecards, ensuring a single source of truth.
- Implement and follow data governance standards, ensuring dashboards and reports adhere to defined structures, maintain data integrity, and meet management reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and apply best practices in dashboard design, data visualization, and business intelligence to improve efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Power BI, including DAX and data modelling.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, ideally automotive DMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, sales KPIs, and stock management principles.
Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data in clear, concise, and visually compelling formats.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with General Managers and senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc reporting cycles.
- Self‑motivated and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
