Long Description

Job Purpose:

The Architect is responsible for designing, managing, and coordinating AMA network facilities, ensuring compliance with brand standards, operational requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

 The role supports project delivery by developing architectural designs, assisting in project supervision, and creating functional, visually appealing spaces that enhance customer experience and business growth.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop concept layouts, proposal plans, and detailed architectural designs.
  • Create innovative, functional, and brand-aligned design solutions.
  • Prepare design documentation, drawings, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support RFP preparation, tender documentation, and preliminary cost estimates.
  • Assist the Project Manager in supervising construction and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure successful project execution.
  •  Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and brand requirements.  
  •  Incorporate basic MEP considerations into design development.

 

 

 Required background & experience:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in architectural or interior architectural design
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing, managing, and coordinating commercial or automotive facilities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and project coordination
  • Strong architectural and interior design skills
  • Knowledge of automotive retail or commercial facility standards
  • Project planning, coordination, and cost estimation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling software, and Microsoft Office
  • Training in construction management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Certifications or coursework in sustainable design, LEED, green building practices, and environmental standards are preferred
