In addition, our Mechatronics Apprenticeship Programme under Al Masaood Power Division offers a comprehensive 4-year training journey. In the first two years, participants gain foundational certification in mechatronics, equipping them with essential skills. Following this, the programme transitions to an intermediate level, where apprentices develop advanced competencies through hands-on, on-the-job training. This initiative is designed to nurture the next generation of Emirati skilled professionals in the field of mechatronics.
